Why another hotel website?

Launched in early 2007, the owners of the hotel desk series wanted to provide a simple, advert free environment for exhibitors, delegates, tourists and event attendees to book hotels in.

The number of Hotel Desk sites increases almost every month as we are requested to provide our simple style of hotel support to more venues, events and specific locations in cities across the globe.

If you take the time to look at the likes of lastminute.com, Expedia or Laterooms, they are all covered with a wide variety of adverts and heavy marketing to influence you into spending more than you otherwise would.  All our Hotel Desks are advert free, and provide you with all the information you need to make a decision - price, location, rating and reviews.

We've also provided advice on booking groups and general information on the area around each Hotel Desk.  If you have an idea as to other information that you think would be useful then please let us know!

The Series
The number of hotel desks is constantly increasing as we find more and more places that do not have a dedicated website for hotels, especially one that is advert free!  Initially starting with exhibition centre's, we have branched out and now include major rail stations and event embassies.

Our partners
We work closely with our partners at Hotels.com and Expedia to provide you with some of the lowest rates available.  We always recommend that you compare rates with other websites and the hotels direct, but are confident that you will come back to us!  In addition to the mainstream hotels, we also partner with many guest houses and budget hotels in order that you have a full picture of what is available in your chosen area.

If you have questions regarding your hotel booking then you should use the contact information on your confirmation email, together with your booking and itinerary number.  We use a centralised reservations center for all our online bookings.
