Business Travel Club Ltd (BTC) is committed to protecting your privacy. All information obtained during your use of BTC's online booking engine is used for the purpose of reserving hotel accommodations, reserving airline tickets, reserving a rental car and/or registering for an event that you wish to participate in. Your contact information is used to forward confirmations and to notify you of any other information pertinent to your reservation.

All personal information is encrypted before it passes over the Internet to BTC. We take all appropriate steps to protect your data from unauthorised access.

BTC does not sell, trade or rent your information to any third-party. Information obtained for the purpose of reserving hotel accommodations is provided directly to the hotel of your choice and is the same information that you would be required to provide if you booked your hotel directly. Information obtained for the purpose of reserving airline tickets is provided directly to the airline of your choice and is the same information that you would be required to provide if you booked your airline tickets directly. Information obtained for the purpose of reserving a rental car is provided directly to the car rental agency of your choice and is the same information that you would be required to provide if you booked a rental car directly.

BTC also provides the sponsor of the event data related to the housing and travel program. Credit card information is never shared with the event sponsor unless authorised through an existing agreement between you and the event sponsor.

Occasionally, BTC may also provide aggregate statistical information about our customers, but no information that allows personal identification is ever released.

BTC may release information if we believe, in good faith, that doing so is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of our user agreements, (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of BTC, our users or others.
